Function

Leg lift 0-30°±5°; Promotes blood circulation in the legs, prevents numbness in the limbs, etc., facilitates leg or foot care and speeds up the patient's recovery.
Back-Knee Linkage It can realize back and knee position linkage adjustment with one button, which is convenient, fast and efficient.
High and low lift 470-800mm ± 20mm; can assist the medical staff to do the examination or care of the patient, effectively reduce the bending and other labor intensity, to prevent lumbar muscle strain; can be adapted to the use of other medical equipment height, such as transfer vehicle.
Manual CPR; Manual CPR switches are configured on both sides of the bedside, in case of emergency, the backboard can be quickly restored to the horizontal position within 5 seconds , which facilitates the resuscitation by medical personnel.
Emergency stop switch; the bed frame is equipped with an emergency stop switch, press the emergency stop button to suspend the operation of the medical electric hospital bed, to provide safety for emergencies.
One-touch reset: in case of emergency, the bed can be brought back to a horizontal position in any body position.
Electrical control section
Motor Adopting 3 DEWERT motors imported from Germany, the thrust is up to 6000N, high reliability, the protection level reaches IPX4 or above, and it has passed the certification of IEC and so on. (Provide certification)
Battery: In case of emergency power failure, the bed can be reset.
Hand controller: ergonomic design based on one hand, easy to control with one hand, using silicone buttons, high touch comfort, with a key reset function, configured with a mechanical lock function, can lock or open part of the operating function, further increase security.
Bed structure and components
Bed frame: The overall bed frame is made of high-quality steel tubes precision welded, the bed frame is made of 50*30*2.5mm rectangular tubes, with strong compression resistance and high load-bearing capacity, which can carry a static load of 400KG and a safe working weight of 240KG; the backboard, sitting board, leg boards and footboards are designed using a detachable independent frame to realize a four-section bed, and the dimensions are designed in accordance with human ergonomics .
Bed surface: the bed plate is made of 1.2mm cold-rolled steel plate, with 18 striped ventilation holes, beautiful appearance, strong pressure resistance, convenient for cleaning and disinfection; the bed panel has non-slip stops on both sides and feet to prevent the mattress from slipping sideways.
Head and tailboard of the bed:
1. Ergonomic, with leather textured surface for anti-slip and anti-fouling, designed to meet the EU IEC-60601-2-52 standard.
2. Blow molding with HDPE material, easy to clean surface, overall impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance; built-in stainless steel pipe, solid and sturdy.
3. Installation with the bed frame adopts the way of quick unplugging and insertion, which can be quickly disassembled and installed to meet the needs of emergency resuscitation.
Guardrail:
1. Four-piece split guardrail, the distance between the upper edge of the guardrail and the bed panel is 400mm±10mm, and the distance between the guardrails is less than 60mm, which meets the standard of IEC60601-2-52; the head-side guardrail is mounted on the bedframe, and it can be moved at the same time with the bed to fully protect the patient's safety.
2. The length of back guardrail is 965mm, the length of leg guardrail is 875mm, the width of the bed is 1025±20mm when the guardrail is raised, and the width of the bed is 1010±20mm when the guardrail is lowered to realize the full-envelope protection.
3. High-density HDPE material as a whole once blow molding, the surface is easy to clean, no gaps, do not hide dirt, impact resistance, heat resistance, low temperature resistance, chemical resistance. (Provide anti-bacteria test report and material composition report)
4. The guardrail can withstand 50kg of tension in the front, back, left, right and upward directions, and 75kg of pressure in the downward direction, which ensures the stability and safety of the guardrail in the process of use.
5. Fluid angular display with 30° position color indication to assist in the correct implementation of nursing measures.
Anti-collision wheels: the 4 corners of the bed are equipped with anti-collision wheels, which are protruding outside the bed, and can effectively prevent the bed from colliding with elevators, door frames and other planar obstacles in the process of implementing the use of the bed to ensure a smooth transition of the bed.
Casters: Configuration of four double-sided center control casters, diameter 125mm, mute and wear-resistant, hard and lightweight texture; center control brake pedal a foot brake, bilateral landing solid and reliable.
Each side of the bed frame is equipped with 2 accessory hooks, which can hang medicine bags, drainage bags and dirt bags, etc.; the bed is equipped with a total of 4 infusion stand jacks at the head and tail of the bed, which is convenient and concise, and does not take up space.
