Hiring: International Sales Representative
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced International Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing international clients, expanding market share, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, cross-cultural communication abilities, and business negotiation expertise. Key Responsibilities:
1.Identify and connect with new international clients, establish business partnerships, and expand the company’s overseas market share.
2.Conduct business negotiations with clients, including discussing contract terms, pricing, and delivery conditions, to achieve sales goals.
3.Coordinate and manage client orders to ensure on-time delivery, while collaborating with internal teams to address issues during order execution.
4.Actively participate in market research and analysis, staying informed about international market trends and competition to support sales strategy development.
5.Follow up on client needs, provide solutions for products and services, and build and maintain strong client relationships.
6.Regularly report on sales progress and market dynamics, offering insights on market trends and competitive strategies.
Required Skills:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, International Trade, International Economics, English, or related fields preferred.
2.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in international trade, preferably in the medical industry.
3.Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage in fluent conversations and draft business correspondence.
4.Sales skills and business negotiation abilities to build trust and foster business collaborations with clients.
5.Excellent cross-cultural adaptability, capable of working effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
6.Familiarity with international trade regulations and processes, as well as a solid understanding of global market trends and competition.
7.Strong team player, able to collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve common goals.
8.Resilience to work under pressure in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
9.Proficiency in office software and tools related to international sales.
